Corporates Guide Joins Hands with MSME Leaders to Explore the Future of AI and Empathy in Business
Corporates Guide recently took part in the MSME Conference held at Hotel Lemon Tree, Rajarhat (New Town), Kolkata. Themed “AI + the Human Handshake,” the conference brought together over 50 representatives from MSMEs, startups, and corporate sectors to explore how artificial intelligence and human empathy can together shape the future of small and medium enterprises in India.
The event was organized in collaboration with ZOHO and supported by policy-makers, industry leaders, and academic experts. It aimed to highlight how technology, when complemented by the human element, can create sustainable, inclusive, and innovation-led growth across industries.
Discussions throughout the day featured real-world case studies, actionable insights, and collaborative strategies to support the digital evolution of Indian MSMEs. A key message that resonated throughout the conference was the need to humanize technology—ensuring that AI serves people, not replaces them.
Corporates Guide was represented by Sudeeksha (Technical Head), Shuvra (Communication Head), and Prosenjit Guha Roy, who were felicitated during the event for their active participation and contribution. The team also engaged with key stakeholders and explored partnerships that align with Corporates Guide’s long-term goals of driving digital transformation among emerging businesses.
As a growing MSME, Corporates Guide reaffirmed its commitment to the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Make in Bengal’ initiatives, emphasizing its mission to support local talent and empower businesses through innovation-led solutions.
The conference underscored the powerful synergy between technological progress and human connection—a theme that reflects Corporates Guide’s own philosophy of combining knowledge, tools, and empathy to enable lasting impact.
